Membership Terms:

• By purchasing a membership online, you agree to our membership terms and conditions.

• Your card on file will be charged on the 1st of every month.

• Redeeming additional time for birthday month or membership referral rewards must be scheduled ahead of time and may not be redeemed on the day of an already scheduled session. These sessions are non-transferrable. All rewards must be redeemed by the end of the calendar year. 

• Memberships may be paused or canceled at any time without fees or penalties. 

• Unused sessions will remain on your account and will be rolled over for a period of 12 months regardless of membership cancellation. Should the member choose to temporarily pause their membership in order to catch up on sessions missed, they may do so without fee or penalty. Your membership will be resumed on the 1st of the following month unless communicated to the therapist prior to the 1st of the following month.

• Membership does not void any cancellation fee currently present at the time of membership sign up or cancellation fees included in policies that may be added or changed in the future. 

• Reduced cancellation fees to not apply to “no call no show” sessions.

• Membership sessions and benefits can not be split among two or more individuals. The sessions may be used by the member and the member only. Please refer to “Membership Benefits” to view the discounted rate members will receive on additional sessions for themselves or others by use of gift certificates. 

• Redeeming a 60 minute massage as a result of 3 referrals in the Membership Referral Program, refers to 3 separate clients.

• Members will leave a working credit or debit card on file which will be charged on the 1st of every month, and every month thereafter unless the member informs the therapist they wish to cancel their membership before the 1st of the month. 

• Priority Scheduling does not guarantee your preferred day/ time will be available upon scheduling and is subject to therapist availability. However, scheduling multiple months in advance gives you a greater chance of booking your preferred day/time.

• Membership charge is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. 

• The member understands they may contact the therapist via phone, text message, or email should they have questions or concerns regarding their membership. 

• Membership does not include therapist gratuity. While not required, gratuity is greatly appreciated and accepted by massage therapists. It is customary to tip your massage therapist 20% of the scheduled service. Should you choose to leave a tip, cash, check, and most payment apps are accepted. 

• Membership benefits will not remain or available to be redeemed if Rain Massage and Bodywork no longer is in practice. Members will be informed if Rain Massage and Bodywork will be closing its doors and will have 30 days to redeem any unclaimed benefits.

Notice:

Your health and safety is our utmost priority. Because of this, your therapist holds the right to deny service to any client who they believe may be harmed, in any way, by receiving massage therapy.  Your therapist has undergone extensive education to identify when a massage will or could potentially result in harm to you. While we understand this may be frustrating and greatly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, we must prioritize your safety if it is in question, for any reason. In these instances, you will not be charged any amount for the scheduled session. If prepaid, you will receive a full refund or the pre-payment will roll over to your next, when it is safe for you to receive massage again. Additionally, your therapist will not reimburse for time, travel, or any other costs associated with attending your scheduled appointment.  

Any changes to your health must be communicated to your therapist as soon as possible to ensure your safety and to make any necessary accommodations. If you have been diagnosed with blood clots, are undergoing cancer treatment, have become pregnant/ suspect pregnancy, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, acute infection, acute injury, or are experiencing unknown swelling, please cancel your session immediately.
